Few things we can do in this world are so well worth doing as the making of a beautiful and happy home.

And who doesn’t like a beautiful home?
One of the fun things about real estate is looking at houses.
That’s why you’ll find plenty of them here.
As a real estate agent, I’ve shown countless homes. And after all these years, I still love opening the front door and wondering:
What are we going to find in this one?
Sometimes it’s beautiful architecture. Sometimes it’s brilliant design. Sometimes it’s technology I didn’t know existed.
And sometimes…
- A toilet in the middle of a master bedroom
- Carpet on the floors, and walls, and ceiling!
- Hidden doors and secret compartments
- Crazy colors that even people with normal color vision might struggle to identify—let alone a colorblind guy like me
- Basement pickleball courts with 8-foot ceilings
- Lavish recreational facilities
- And plenty of things I never would have imagined putting in a house
That’s the first part of Homes in Order.
We look at homes. We talk about real estate. We have fun with properties. We get design and decoration ideas from the pro’s, from the best.
But there’s a second part.
We look at the money.
What would that house cost? What would the mortgage payment be? How much interest would you pay? What happens if you put a little extra toward the mortgage? What could that money look like over time?
That’s what our videos are about.
Amazing homes.
Smarter money.
